成日整南瓜都係蒸,今次剛好有剩啲蒜蓉牛油,正好試下改做南瓜汁啦!

今次南瓜汁只係自己簡單的配搭出嚟,靠有鹽牛油帶出少少咸味,做出來的南瓜汁好清甜,啱哂阿佬口味!
南瓜汁做法:
1. 將南瓜蒸熟備用
2. 有鹽牛油+蒜蓉+洋蔥粒炒香
3. 加入已蒸熟的南瓜並壓成蓉拌勻
4. 煮到差不多想要的稠度加入少許牛奶,煮到剛熱就可熄火了
