喝湯剩下的甜玉米可以瀝乾後簡單拌點玉米粉和油,放氣炸鍋炸一下當小吃!這次我只用了大半支玉米做試驗,用180°c炸了5分鐘,没有太焦的,有點酥脆的感覺。
