心思思一直想整的,結果聖誕節馬上應一下節嘍!不用一個小時就能完成了,難怪brownie一直是那麼受歡迎(其實我是第一次做囉)!
材料:
無鹽牛油 120g(室溫)
黑朱古力(70%) 140g
細砂糖 150g*
蛋 1.5個
麵粉 120g
泡打粉 1茶匙
麥提莎 120g
做法:
(1) 焗爐預熱180°c,在盤上刷油,舖上焗爐紙。
(2) 熱水座溶牛油後加入朱古力至完全溶化,然後放涼備用。
(3) 蛋加糖打到起泡略企身,加入已溶朱古力漿和已篩麵粉丶泡打粉,切拌均勻。
(4) 拌入麥提莎,將朱古力漿倒入盤上抹平。
(5) 放入焗爐焗20min(邊緣開始有裂縫和牙籤没有沾上)
(6) 焗好後待完全放涼後才切件。
*本食譜用的糖量比原食譜減少了
