薯條做法:
(1) 薯仔洗淨,煲飯時順便原個連皮放入蒸熟
(2) 冷卻後(可放雪櫃過夜)去皮切粗條,用少量油拌勻
(3) 氣炸200度18min(間中翻一下),不用加鹽
麥樂雞做法:
今次用了現成急凍麥樂雞,稍後試完自製後再分享。
(1) 急凍麥樂雞放入氣炸爐,180度6min即可
